Revealing your distinctive style is our priority and we do that by incorporating authentic elements into your celebration. We do not conform with one particular style, so that we have the freedom to design events that are bespoke and reflective of you. Moreover, for us style isn't only about the ‘look’ and a sophisticated visual result; for us it’s more than that – it’s a feeling, an essence, an atmosphere. It is the energy and experiences that you want to convey and share with your guests; this is what makes the event experience truly memorable and unique.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO ENGAGE YOUR SERVICES ?

The earlier you book us, the better! Booking us ahead in time broadens your options  in terms of securing  the venue of your dreams and the availability of sought after vendors of the industry. We fully understand that in certain cases, the need for a planner may arise further down the line. That is absolutely fine and we are happy to work with you to make your vision come to life... even if it is a couple of months or weeks before - we love an impulsive celebration!

We are lucky enough to be based and live between two beautiful, buzzing cities, Athens and London. Whilst these are our main bases, we plan weddings and events across beautiful Greece and beyond. Greece has a wide variety of unique locations that can accommodate all tastes and requirements - from traditional sceneries, medieval castles, olive groves, vineyards, picturesque villages in the mainland to our amazing islands with their characteristic architecture, infinite blue and breathtaking sunsets - the options are indeed endless.

DO YOU HAVE PREFERRED VENDORS THAT YOU WORK WITH EXCLUSIVELY ?

We work with some of the most brilliant and talented vendors in the industry that we know will bring our vision to life with passion and dedication. Based on your brief and budget, we will make some amazing recommendations. However, the final decision is always up to you. If you have already booked or have a particular vendor in mind, we are always open to meet and work with new vendors.

WE WISH TO TURN OUR DESTINATION WEDDING INTO A TWO OR THREE DAY EXPERIENCE. CAN YOU DO THAT FOR US?

You just hit our soft spot! For those that a  wedding is more than just their wedding day, we have a knack for creating and planning multi-day wedding experiences. Destination weddings entail a lot of fun as well as complex logistics and we are here to take on all aspects including guest transportation and accommodation as well as group activities and immersive experiences. We will take the lead on all logistics and daunting admin involved in organizing a destination wedding.

FOR DESTINATION EVENTS, IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE  FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION?

This depends on where you’re getting married but usually for destination weddings and events, travel and accommodation costs are indeed applicable for our team. However, those costs will be calculated, communicated to you and agreed upon BEFORE you commit to proceeding with us. We make sure no unexpected costs will arise in respect of our services along the way.
